About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage a dedicated team of Partner Success Managers
  • Oversee product implementations, including setup and support
  • Drive annual license renewals, upsell, cross-sell, and territory growth
  • Ensure best-in-class educator support through implementation planning, ongoing support, data reviews, and timely responsiveness
  • Build relationships with champions and partners in key districts
  • Review assigned accounts to understand usage and performance trends and determine appropriate actions
  • Mentor staff and ensure educator concerns are resolved promptly
  • Partner with Sales and Professional Development Leaders across implementation service teams
  • Ensure Partner Success Managers lead and collaborate effectively with Implementation Service Teams
  • Collaborate with staff across Curriculum Associates on implementation initiatives
  • Plan and execute systems and strategies to monitor and support implementations
  • Ensure proper account setup by gathering necessary information from new, prospective, and existing accounts
  • Support cross-team projects improving the Partner Success Manager role and implementations
  • Implement renewal strategies to drive retention and revenue opportunities
  • Drive successful use of Ready within blended implementations
  • Report to the Associate Vice President, Partner Success for the territory
  • Travel for school visits, educator events, and company, national, and regional meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience managing direct reports in a project management or educational environment
  • Strong customer service and verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Demonstrated integrity and ethical standards
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to work productively and cooperatively with a wide range of people and disciplines
  • Self-starter, disciplined, and professional
  • Ability to work independently with some direction
  • Problem-solving and analytical capability
  • Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM tools, and search engines
  • Bachelor's degree required; Education or Marketing/Business preferred
  • 8 or more years of experience in customer service, sales, or teaching, or a combination
  • Combination of education and experience demonstrating competency in the role requirements
  • Experience managing direct and indirect reports in a project management or educational environment
  • Candidate currently lives in the territory or can support EST or CST working hours
  • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
