About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute to monitoring, executing, and developing investor relations activities
Align processes and regulatory obligations, proposing and seeking tools and improved strategies
Prepare reports and presentations
Participate in earnings releases
Support interactions with investors and other market participants
Monitor the investment market
Track and update the shareholder base
Prepare and maintain up-to-date internal and external performance indicators
Summarize and communicate market trends
Support other investor-related requests
Ensure compliance with Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) laws and regulations
Conduct sector analysis and monitoring
Maintain the Investor Relations website
Support other company departments on matters related to Investor Relations
Assist with miscellaneous activities as needed and as directed by the department

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
Advanced or fluent English
Experience in finance and investment markets
Experience analyzing performance indicators
Advanced Excel skills, including dashboard development
Experience automating processes and using artificial intelligence tools
