About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop, manage, and advance a healthy sales funnel
  • Prospect, qualify opportunities, manage the pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue objectives
  • Generate new sales opportunities across Navari business units
  • Lead opportunities through prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing
  • Collaborate with Solutions Specialists and subject matter experts on product demonstrations, presentations, and business cases
  • Coordinate product establishment at credit unions, including executive meetings, solution presentations, implementations, and client adoption
  • Develop and implement retention and expansion strategies for existing clients approaching contract expiration
  • Conduct on-site business reviews and identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and report pipeline health, territory activity, competitive intelligence, and revenue projections
  • Build relationships with credit union executives, league leadership, strategic partners, and industry stakeholders
  • Gather and communicate competitive intelligence, industry trends, client feedback, and emerging opportunities
  • Comply with company sales processes, reporting requirements, travel policies, and CRM data standards

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field or relevant years of experience required
  • Minimum of three to five years of previous experience in outside sales required
  • Strong computer skills with work experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) required
  • Prior experience selling SaaS, technology, or financial services solutions to credit unions or banks highly preferred
  • Ability to adjust to change and work requirements
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, and group communication skills, both over the phone and in person
  • High sense of urgency with emphasis on customer service
  • Strong innovation skills
  • Ability to work independently with little or no supervision
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical ability
  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including extended periods involving flights and time zone changes
