About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise companies and employees on occupational pension schemes
- Analyze existing pension arrangements and develop suitable occupational pension concepts
- Conduct employer and employee consultations both digitally and on-site
- Support existing and acquire new clients
- Support sales with specialist occupational pensions expertise
- Prepare presentations, workshops, and information events
- Document advisory processes and maintain customer data in the CRM system
- Monitor legislative changes and new developments
- Provide long-term support to companies and develop sustainable pension solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training in insurance or finance
- Experience advising on occupational pensions
- Good knowledge of employment, tax, and social insurance law
- Enjoy advising clients, communicating, and developing professional solutions
- Confident dealing with managing directors, HR teams, and decision-makers
- Independent, structured, and service-oriented approach to work
- Team spirit and enthusiasm for long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in digital advisory tools and Microsoft Office
