Property Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the point of contact for residential and commercial tenants
- Communicate and coordinate with external service providers
- Manage leases, including monitoring deadlines, indexation, and renewal options
- Support the preparation of operating cost statements
- Organize and commission maintenance and repair work
- Prepare documentation, analyses, and reports
- Maintain and further develop internal procedures and processes
- Contribute to strategic initiatives in close collaboration with management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification in real estate or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience in property management
- Experience in the operation and management of real estate properties
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of tenancy law and real-estate-specific contracts
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and the ability to quickly understand complex topics
- Experience with digital communication and cloud-based property management software is an advantage
