About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the point of contact for residential and commercial tenants
- Communicate and coordinate with external service providers
- Manage lease agreements, including deadline monitoring, indexation, and renewal options
- Support the preparation of service charge statements
- Organize and commission maintenance and repair measures
- Prepare documentation, analyses, and reports
- Maintain and further develop internal procedures and processes
- Contribute to strategic initiatives in close collaboration with management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed vocational training or equivalent qualification with a focus on real estate
- At least 3 years of professional experience in property management
- Experience managing and operating real estate assets
- Basic technical understanding is an advantage
- Basic knowledge of tenancy law and real-estate-specific contract matters
- Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
- Strong communication skills and a quick grasp of new information
- Experience with digital communication and cloud-based property management software is an advantage
