About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Implementation Managers, Product Development, Network Operations and other teams to determine appropriate system setups for clients
- Analyze client requirements alongside internal processes and departmental requirements to determine viable client and internal setups
- Structure custom client setups involving multiple vendors, services, reporting requirements and vendor partners
- Set up and run standard monthly reporting packages for clients
- Process renewal group changes
- Analyze product and service selections for system and platform supportability
- Negotiate essential requirements and develop solutions for non-standard plan selections
- Structure group setups in the Meritain system for vendor partners, billing and reporting
- Consult and communicate with internal staff regarding new business and revision activity
- Validate account structures
- Complete accurate setup of complex account structures and detailed benefit plans
- Monitor and manage the internal installation process and maintain case tracking
- Run ad hoc data programs to streamline group and eligibility file setup
- Run ad hoc data programs to audit customized group enrollments
- Maintain monthly group reporting data files while following PHI guidelines
- Run monthly reports for all clients and brokers
- Participate in testing enhancements and changes to ER/EO/GIM data files
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma and 1-3 years healthcare industry experience with benefits
- 1-3 years healthcare industry experience with benefits interpretation
- Salesforce experience preferred
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
