Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technology product strategy and execution for medical cost portfolios across Care Transitions, Patient Segmentation, Chronic Condition Pathways, and Specialty Care Services
Partner with clinical and business operational leaders to shape end-to-end technology pathways supporting CVS Healthcare Delivery care models
Serve as a strategic thought partner to business stakeholders and ensure technology teams deliver solutions that drive business outcomes
Establish shared outcome metrics tied to clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance
Lead multidisciplinary teams of product managers, Epic analysts, software engineers, data scientists, and UI/UX designers
Translate clinical ideas into problem statements, product specifications, and Epic/technology architectures
Integrate external data sources, including claims data, remote monitoring, and health plan feeds, with internal Epic workflows
Own the technology lifecycle from discovery and technical solutioning through build, deployment, and measurable outcome realization
Establish feedback loops and iterative improvement cycles
Ensure solutions scale across Value-Based Care and Fee-For-Service delivery environments
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing product team and cross-functional technology teams
Foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, problem-solving, and joy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation, specifically Epic
Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and module configurations
Experience translating operational requirements into Epic builds
Understanding of how external health data enriches EHR clinical workflows
Deep familiarity with clinical operations and Quality Improvement methodologies
Deep familiarity with Value-Based Care constructs and Fee-For-Service operational dynamics
Knowledge of medical cost initiative care pathways
Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale technology-backed clinical interventions
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways
Ability to communicate, influence, and build trust with senior executive stakeholders and frontline team members
Exceptional analytical rigor and ability to frame ambiguous clinical challenges into structured problem statements
Ability to hold teams accountable to measurable outcomes
Must be willing to travel domestically approximately once per quarter, potentially more frequently
