Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Three or more years of healthcare, health coaching, care management, case management, wellness coaching, or related field
  • Experience supporting individuals with chronic conditions, preventive care, medication adherence, or health education
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, web-based applications, and multiple business systems
  • Must have a HIPAA compliant workspace
  • Ability to hard-wire connect to the internet
  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience required
