About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technology product strategy and execution for specialty referrals and external partnerships
Drive ambulatory referrals, eConsults, referral-network curation with cost, quality, and coverage data, and external partnerships
Shape end-to-end technology pathways supporting CVS Healthcare Delivery care models
Partner with clinical and business operational leaders to define care models and technology solutions
Establish shared outcome metrics tied to clinical quality, patient experience, and financial performance
Lead multidisciplinary product, Epic analyst, engineering, data science, and UI/UX teams
Translate clinical ideas into problem statements, product specifications, and technology architecture
Integrate external data sources with internal Epic workflows
Lead reporting and actionable insights for clinical care delivery and continuous improvement
Own the technology lifecycle from discovery through solutioning, build, deployment, and outcome realization
Maintain solutions across Value-Based Care and Fee-for-Service delivery environments
Mentor and build a high-performing product team and cross-functional technology teams
Foster a culture of curiosity, resilience, problem-solving, and engagement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required
8-10+ years of progressive leadership experience spanning healthcare operations, clinical technology product management, and enterprise EHR implementation, specifically Epic
Proven history of partnering with primary care delivery networks, retail clinics, or value-based care organizations to improve medical cost trends and clinical care pathways
Hands-on experience with Epic EHR workflows and module configurations
Experience translating operational requirements into Epic builds
Understanding of how external health data enriches EHR clinical workflows
Deep familiarity with clinical operations, Quality Improvement methodologies, Value-Based Care constructs, Fee-for-Service operational dynamics, and medical cost initiative care pathways
Track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-scale technology-backed clinical interventions
Exceptional analytical rigor and ability to frame ambiguous clinical challenges into structured problem statements
Demonstrated ability to lead and build high-trust teams
Graduate degree and/or clinical background preferred (RN, MD, DO, NP, PA)
