Lead innovative, enterprise-wide solution designs for complex strategic initiatives
Serve as a hands-on technical leader and primary problem-solving contact
Build and nurture a technology incubation function
Partner with business, engineering, data science, product management, and IT stakeholders
Lead proofs-of-concept and technology advancements
Design scalable enterprise systems using microservices, micro frontends, and portable application frameworks
Lead engineering teams while ensuring high-quality and performant solutions
Architect and deploy applications across multiple cloud platforms
Integrate and scale AI/ML models for intelligent, data-driven product features
Establish CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and security measures
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Advance innovative initiatives with business, technology, and product leaders
Mentor engineering teams and foster innovation and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ progressive years of experience designing and implementing scalable software architectures
Hands-on development expertise using Java, Python, and Angular
Experience with Enterprise RAG patterns, vector databases, embeddings, prompt engineering, AI orchestration, and AI application integration
Deep understanding of domain-driven architecture
Expertise in cloud platforms and cloud-agnostic solutions, including AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud
Advanced proficiency with UI frameworks, micro frontends, web components, and portable application architecture
Proficiency in AI/ML and experience building, integrating, and scaling machine learning models and intelligent systems
Expertise in solution engineering and end-to-end system design
Proficiency in DevSecOps, automated testing, CI/CD, and vulnerability management
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience leading and mentoring engineering teams and driving technical strategy
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
Health Care Industry domain knowledge preferred
Experience in enterprise development tools and SDLC methodologies preferred
