About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contribute strategic and technical support for the sales process
Design customer-centered proposals focused on financial positioning, product offerings, and network access
Apply technical knowledge of products, programs, services, policies, systems, and pricing methodologies to support proposal strategy and deliverables
Help establish and implement results-based programs and innovative initiatives for the Proposals area under direct supervision
Complete simple business impact assessments based on forecasted changes to support modification strategies
Gather information from source systems to complete proposals and calculate fees within assigned variance authority levels
Arrange questionnaire responses based on case-specific quotation strategy and customer priorities
Assist with plan design review, prepare deviation documents, and compile proposals for ancillary coverage
Contribute material for sales presentations and marketing surveys
Take direction to execute techniques, processes, and responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years EAP industry experience
2+ years experience communicating and delivering presentations to cross-functional teams and internal stakeholders
Strong background in professional writing, with proven experience crafting clear, concise, and well-structured responses to inquiries
Adept at growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others) skills
Associate Degree
Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience in health insurance industry preferred
Expert level knowledge of RFP process preferred
Expert level of Project Management preferred
Expert level of problem solving, decision making skills and verbal/written communication skills preferred
Working knowledge of collaboration and teamwork preferred
Working knowledge of execution and delivery skills preferred
Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills preferred
