About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Review guarantee performance by client on a monthly basis
Prepare financial performance reporting
Provide reporting and information for audit requests
Partner with Underwriting, Networks, Sales/Account Management, Audit, and Legal to review contract terms and recommend pricing strategy
Perform monthly data pulls for assigned guarantee clients
Review performance results, drug mix, and utilization to identify opportunities to mitigate financial risk
Collaborate with underwriting, finance, and accounting partners to improve process gaps and overlaps
Perform lookback analysis comparing underwriting assumptions, contract language, and actual results
Develop reporting packages and presentations for management
Create best practices and draw conclusions to inform critical business decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience creating financial models and working with large data sets in a database environment
3+ years of experience managing multiple projects and delivering results timely
2+ years of SQL/Google Cloud BigQuery experience
Proficient in Excel
Knowledge of health insurance, managed care, or pharmaceutical industry preferred
2+ years of PBM experience, preferably in drug pricing and analytics
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
