About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide business analysis and develop analytic solutions supporting the Prior Authorization program
- Develop understanding of Prior Authorization programs and products
- Use SQL/Python data querying and Tableau visualization tools to advance business objectives
- Leverage advanced querying expertise to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Support data-driven decision-making
- Create dashboards for non-data users
- Communicate and present findings to management
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 year of experience with data extraction, reporting, and analyzing metrics
- 1 year of experience with SQL and Python
- 1 year of experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create dashboards for non-data users
- 1 year of experience with GCP, Dataiku, Vertex AI Workbench, BigQuery or other related cloud resources
- Ability to effectively communicate and present to management team
- Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Experience with healthcare or PBM data preferred
- Prior Authorization experience preferred
