About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build and maintain finance reporting, analytics, and data assets supporting standardized cross-market processes
  • Apply automation to streamline recurring workflows and reduce manual effort
  • Translate process standards into repeatable templates, documentation, and reporting
  • Support rollout and adoption of standardized processes across market finance teams
  • Support data quality, controls, and governance within standardized reporting
  • Provide analysis and ad hoc support to the Standards Enablement function and COE leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or data analytics
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with data manipulation and reporting
  • Experience applying automation or efficiency tools to financial processes (e.g., Power Query, Power Automate, macros, or similar)
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute
