About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, including milestones and metrics
Create communications and presentations for senior executives and stakeholders
Synthesize complex technical information from engineering and product teams into actionable leadership insights
Contribute to integrated planning, internal communications, and performance reporting across PCW Digital & Technology
Lead strategic initiatives and projects by defining scope and developing implementation plans
Monitor project progress to ensure timely and successful execution
Serve as a liaison for cross-functional teams
Strengthen collaboration and operational excellence
Identify process improvement opportunities
Conduct market, competitive, and financial analysis, including benchmarking, forecasting, and investment evaluation
Support special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in strategic planning, operational leadership, and program execution within a technology organization
5+ years in project management
5+ years of experience in executive communications strategy within technology, health insurance, or related industries
Strong understanding of technology and operations
Ability to solve complex problems and drive cross-functional change
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (High School diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
Preferred: Experience operating in a Chief of Staff, strategy & operations, or business operations capacity supporting senior leadership
Preferred: Experience establishing new processes and operating rhythms within a fast-moving or evolving organization
