About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the design, development, modernization, and optimization of cloud-based applications and services
Drive enterprise cloud transformation initiatives to improve scalability, resiliency, security, and operational efficiency
Assess and modernize legacy applications, batch processes, and user interface solutions using cloud-native technologies
Collaborate with business partners, product teams, architects, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with strategic objectives and customer needs
Evaluate requirements, manage priorities, estimate effort, and ensure project delivery within timelines and budgets
Promote cloud security, governance, compliance, and operational best practices
Evaluate emerging technologies and development tools to drive innovation
Perform technical assessments and improve system performance and reliability
Oversee software development activities, establish coding standards, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
Ensure software quality through comprehensive testing and automation
Lead Agile delivery processes and communicate technical strategy and project status to stakeholders and executive leadership
Maintain architecture and technical documentation
Contribute to enterprise technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives supporting cloud adoption, modernization, and digital transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of software engineering experience with specific knowledge of C#, .NET and ASP.NET
2+ years of experience with Azure services such as Azure App Service and Azure Data Factory (ADF)
2+ years of front-end development experience with Redux / React
Proven track record working with complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database performance tuning
Experience with Azure WebJobs, Azure Functions, and Azure Data Lake preferred
Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (AKS) preferred
Healthcare background preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
