About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the cross-business strategy and operations function within Diversified Commercial Solutions
Enable strong execution to meet business goals and financial targets
Foster a culture of growth and innovation
Report directly to the DCS Chief of Staff and partner with DCS leadership stakeholders
Run the operating rhythm and drive strategic initiatives from concept to execution
Enable transparency of financial health and progress through the DCS management process
Manage recurring deliverables, reporting cadences, and selected ad hoc projects
Own cross-functional strategic initiatives, including the cross-sell strategy, end to end
Identify opportunities to improve engagement with partner organizations in a complex, matrixed environment
Create content for internal forums and high-visibility external events

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or a related field
Healthcare insurance industry experience preferred
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
Experience preparing content for senior leaders and executive audiences
Resourceful operator demonstrating ownership and strong accountability
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Successful track record collaborating with stakeholders in cross-functional or matrixed organizational structures preferred
AI proficiency and hands-on experience using AI tools to supplement work capacity preferred
Bachelor's degree in a business field such as business administration, finance, economics, and/or marketing or equivalent work experience
Availability to work east coast hours preferred
