About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze client product and service selections for compatibility with existing systems and operating platforms
- Seek solutions and negotiate essential requirements for non-standard plan selections
- Structure group setups within the Meritain system with vendor partners, analytics vendors, billing, and reporting requirements
- Consult and communicate with internal staff regarding new business and revision activity
- Validate account structures
- Complete accurate setup of complex account structures and detailed benefit plans
- Monitor and manage the internal installation process and maintain case tracking
- Run ad hoc data programs to streamline group and eligibility file setup
- Run ad hoc data programs to audit customized group enrollments
- Maintain data files for monthly group reporting while following PHI guidelines
- Run monthly reports for clients and brokers
- Participate in testing enhancements and changes to ER/EO/GIM data files
- Work with IT on programming design and UAT testing when setup requires programming
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-3 years healthcare operations experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- DOS system background
- Salesforce experience
- Excel beneficial for analyzing/matrixing group setups
- Detail oriented
- Highly organized
- Strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
