About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Determine appropriate system setup for clients with Implementation Managers, Product Development, Network Operations, and other teams
Analyze client requirements alongside internal processes to determine viable setups
Structure group setups in the Meritain system for vendor partners, analytics vendors, client billing, and reporting
Consult and communicate with internal staff regarding new business and revision activity
Complete timely and accurate setup of complex account structures and detailed benefit plans
Monitor and manage the internal installation process and maintain case tracking
Run ad hoc data programs to streamline setup of group and eligibility files
Audit customized group enrollments using ad hoc data programs
Maintain data files for monthly group reporting while following PHI guidelines
Run monthly reports for clients and brokers
Participate in testing enhancements and changes to ER/EO/GIM data files

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years healthcare industry experience with benefits interpretation
High school diploma
Salesforce experience preferred
Detail oriented
Highly organized
Strong communication skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
