About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support implementation and adoption of new technologies
- Collaborate with Product and other departments to integrate technology solutions
- Assist with project and change management for transformation and process improvement projects
- Support the Manager of Tech Enablement & Process Improvement on continuous improvement strategies
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Work with teams to understand their needs and challenges
- Support and facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and drive change
- Support executive communications and craft presentations for senior leadership
- Lead presentations when appropriate
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Analyze data and identify automation opportunities
- Implement technology solutions and provide change management support
- Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a quantitative major
- Analytical and strategic thinking
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with process mapping and documentation
- Ability to drive initiatives with multiple stakeholders from beginning to end
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving experience
- Comfortable learning quickly in a high-ambiguity environment
- Strong accountability and discipline against timelines and deliverables
- Collaborative working style and ability to work cross-functionally
- Interest, experience, and/or passion for healthcare and value-based care
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- US work authorization
