Develop executive-level PowerPoint presentations using data-driven insights and compelling narratives
Influence decision-making and communicate recommendations to senior stakeholders
Execute recurring, business-critical analyses and reporting
Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation
Deliver complex, high-impact analytical solutions supporting strategic retail pharmacy initiatives
Build and maintain collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders

Develop expertise in CVS Pharmacy’s internal and external data ecosystems
Use Snowflake and Palantir Foundry to generate actionable insights and support business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of strategy, consulting, product development, product management, operations, retail pharmacy, or similar experience
2+ years’ experience with custom queries in relational databases such as SQL, Snowflake, GCP, or Foundry
2+ years of advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of industry-related analytical experience
Demonstrated project management expertise
Prior consulting experience preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Adaptability and resilience in fast-paced environments
Master’s degree preferred
