Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active Behavioral Health license in IL – LCSW, LCPC, LMFT
  • Must reside in the state of Illinois near Zion, Waukegan, or the Lake County area
  • Minimum of two (2) years of case management experience
  • Microsoft Office and electronic health record experience
  • Must possess reliable transportation
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 75% of the time
  • Master’s degree in social work, counseling or related field
