Requirements
What you’ll need- Active, unrestricted Florida license as an Independent Behavioral Health Clinician (Master's level), or Registered Nurse (RN) with psychiatric specialty, certification, or experience
- Must reside in Florida
- 3+ years of clinical behavioral health experience
- 1+ year of Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation experience
- Ability to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM EST, with flexibility for occasional weekends, holidays, or business needs
- Leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Managed care or utilization review experience preferred
- Behavioral health inpatient experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking, organizational, and multitasking skills preferred
- Proficiency navigating multiple computer systems preferred
