Coordinate and align activities across operational teams to ensure smooth daily operations
Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and workload distribution for adequate coverage and efficient resource utilization
Analyze workload patterns and forecast resource needs
Monitor operational performance metrics and KPIs
Identify process improvement opportunities through workflow analyses
Address customer or client concerns and investigate operational incidents
Identify root causes and implement corrective actions with relevant stakeholders
Establish and enforce compliance guidelines and quality control processes
Implement quality assurance programs and initiatives to improve operational compliance and quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvement initiatives and measure their impact
Facilitate communication within operations support teams and with stakeholders
Foster continuous improvement, innovation, employee feedback, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction
Oversee ongoing training to ensure team members are versed and compliant in their roles

What you’ll need

3 to 5 years of clinician management experience
Prior experience managing a team of providers
3 to 5 years of leadership experience
3 to 5 years of stakeholder management experience
Ability to articulate organizational value to all levels of the company, including executives
Ability to communicate the value of backlog or roadmap using data, KPIs, or expected financial results
Execution and delivery skills, including planning, delivering, and supporting
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Collaboration and teamwork skills
Growth mindset, agility, and ability to develop yourself and others
Post secondary / high school education or specialized training, such as technical/vocational programs
