About the role

  • Support the daily processing of appeals in the Par Provider Dental Appeals
  • Complete appeals determination letters

  • Report findings and recommend solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Comprehends contemporary dental care standards, practices, and procedures
  • Possesses high level of technical knowledge and radiograph interpretation skills
  • If certified or licensed, maintains required continuing education requirements
  • Vocational school or college level training beyond high school
  • CDA, RDA, or RDH with at least five years clinical experience
  • Ability to comply with turnaround times and regulatory standards
  • Ability to use the MedHok system
  • Ability to coordinate responses across multiple business units
