About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Participate in projects contributing to the success of CVS Health
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses supporting strategic business initiatives
Research healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, emerging competitors, and innovation opportunities
Develop insights and recommendations informing growth strategies and executive decision-making
Create presentations, business cases, and strategic communications for senior leadership
Analyze internal and external data to identify business growth and operational improvement opportunities
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, and Business Unit partners
Participate in strategic planning discussions and leadership meetings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently pursuing an MBA degree, MS degree, or similar
Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028
Major, minor, or concentration relevant to the position, such as Healthcare Management, Public Health, Finance, Economics, Strategy, or a related field
0–5 years of related post-undergraduate work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable recommendations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience developing presentations and communicating insights to stakeholders
Interest in healthcare strategy, innovation, and business transformation
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Work visa sponsorship is not available, including CPT, OPT, and F-1 Visa programs
