Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Analysts and Senior Analysts
Manage team workloads, priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
Partner with pharmaceutical manufacturers to ensure timely payments and resolve payment discrepancies
Review reconciliations, reserves, disputes, and other team deliverables for accuracy and quality
Analyze issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term solutions
Identify opportunities to improve processes, controls, systems, and operational efficiency
Build strong working relationships with internal and external partners
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Ensure rebate payments from pharmaceutical manufacturers match issued rebate invoices
Help drive client savings and support affordable healthcare solutions

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in Finance, Billing, Accounting, or a related field
4+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Experience with billing, accounts receivable, and/or reconciliation processes
PBM, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry experience
Experience presenting information to business partners or leadership
Experience coaching, mentoring, training, or supervising team members
Experience performing financial analysis, reconciliations, and managing complex business processes
Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver a positive client experience
