About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct infusion therapy and nursing care to patients in their homes or designated infusion suites
- Administer IVIG, SCIG, Alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologic medications, TPN, and other prescribed IV and injectable therapies
- Perform medication administration, patient assessment, treatment monitoring, documentation, and patient education
- Communicate with the patient's care team
- Coordinate with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other care team members
- Work within a flexible schedule based on patient referrals and availability within the service area
- Serve adult and pediatric patients throughout Connecticut
Requirements
What you’ll need- Active and unrestricted California RN license
- Minimum 1 year of home infusion experience
- Current BLS certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong clinical assessment and medication administration skills
- Ability to work independently in a home or infusion suite setting
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate effectively with patients, pharmacies, providers, and other members of the care team
- Experience administering IVIG, SCIG, Alpha-1 therapies, Blincyto, biologic medications, TPN, or other prescribed IV and injectable therapies strongly preferred
- Direct application through the Atulo Health Nurse Application Portal required
