About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate regularly with the plan sponsor implementation team
Gather and analyze client requirements
Assist in developing implementation plans
Work with internal departments to ensure successful implementation project execution
Address inquiries from the plan sponsor liaison team and provide implementation guidance
Contribute to plan sponsor onboarding success
Facilitate client relationships as a primary point of contact throughout implementation
Provide leadership and mentorship to the implementation team
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in health insurance implementation
1-3 years of experience in project management and/or project coordination
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and OneNote
Demonstrated proficiency in Salesforce
Project management experience in the health insurance industry
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Excellent collaboration, listening, and teamwork skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Highly skilled at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
High school diploma or GED
