About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end program implementations
Coordinate internal activities across multiple workstreams and functional teams
Serve as the primary client contact throughout the implementation process
Host kickoff and status meetings
Develop and manage implementation plans
Track implementation progress against project plans
Guide clients through program configuration options and operational impacts
Ensure stakeholders understand requirements, dependencies, ownership, and expected outcomes
Manage special projects supporting the implementations team and broader organization
Report implementation status regularly to leadership
Resolve client needs and requests in a timely manner
Ensure implementation milestones meet outlined SLAs for timely product launches
Maintain implementation records across all clients
Participate in team meetings and share knowledge
Partner with leadership and peers to improve implementation processes, tools, templates, and governance standards
Coordinate with Product, IT, Clinical, Operations, Analytics, Account Management, Sales, and client stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years Project Management (non-IT) experience
4+ years client-facing experience
5+ years working in client implementations, project management, or related experience
Ability to prioritize work and perform independently
Ability to manage complex projects independently
Experience leading large projects and managing risks, dependencies, escalations, and governance
Experience facilitating requirements gathering, workshops, and stakeholder alignment sessions
Outstanding written and oral communication skills
Outstanding organizational skills for managing multiple projects and programs
Ability to think strategically to increase productivity and improve processes
Health care product implementation experience
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft Project, Jira, SharePoint, Salesforce, and other implementation tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and clients simultaneously
Professional demeanor with internal and external stakeholders
Bachelor's Degree preferred; comparable work experience may be considered
Project management certification preferred
Occasional travel required (<10%)
Must be based in the United States
