About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide In-Home Health Evaluations in members’ homes
  • Travel primarily up to 100% of the time across a defined coverage area
  • Conduct approximately 45-minute visits
  • Review medications and medical history
  • Perform physical evaluations and ordered diagnostic tests
  • Use an iPad and clinical workflow for each evaluation
  • Conduct virtual visits as needed
  • Provide Diagnostic & Preventive Services, including spirometry, diabetic eye exams and bone density screening
  • Travel locally and within licensed states
  • Build trusted relationships and help identify connections to appropriate care

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
  • Able to obtain and maintain multi-state licenses in coverage area, as required
  • MD or DO qualification
  • Ability to travel locally and within licensed states
  • Ability to safely perform duties in homes that may contain household pets, secondhand smoke and other potential airborne allergens or irritants
  • Ability to conduct virtual visits as needed
