About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide local market product leadership for the Central Region
Define portfolio strategy by translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps
Drive end-to-end portfolio performance, monitor key metrics, and adjust strategies to achieve business objectives
Translate strategy into execution by defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
Drive alignment across a matrixed organization with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network, and other stakeholders
Lead change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes
Manage portfolio benefit strategy, design, and execution
Develop and manage differentiated and tailored portfolio solutions aligned to market opportunities and customer needs

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management, healthcare benefits, or related strategic leadership roles within the healthcare industry
Medical Benefit Product experience / knowledge
Must reside in the Central Time Zone
Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, retention, customer value, and business performance
Demonstrated success influencing up and across a highly matrixed organization
Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
