About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

  • Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies

  • Support and/or lead process improvement efforts within business or operational functions
  • Facilitate or participate in Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events, and workshops
  • Support structured sessions, capture outputs, and drive follow-through on actions
  • Analyze data, track metrics, and support insights-driven recommendations
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to business partners
  • Manage and support multiple initiatives or workstreams
  • Support implementation and sustainment of process changes
  • Contribute to measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, or experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (required)
  • Hands-on application of Lean / Six Sigma tools
  • Experience supporting or leading process improvement efforts within a business or operational function
  • Proficiency in process mapping, including SIPOC, swimlane diagrams, or Value Stream Mapping
  • Ability to identify process gaps and inefficiencies and recommend improvements
  • Experience participating in and/or facilitating Kaizen events, Rapid Improvement Events (RIEs), or workshops
  • Ability to support structured sessions, capture outputs, and drive follow-through on actions
  • Working knowledge of DMAIC or similar structured problem-solving methodologies
  • Ability to analyze data, track metrics, and support insights-driven recommendations
  • Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and functions
  • Ability to communicate findings and recommendations clearly to business partners
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment
  • Ability to manage and support multiple initiatives or workstreams
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and timelines
  • Experience supporting implementation and sustainment of process changes
  • 2+ years of experience in business consulting, professional improvement, operations, or related roles
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, quality, or experience
  • Exposure to change management practices
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, specialized training, or relevant professional qualification
