About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead complex, strategic initiatives from intake through implementation
- Partner with business and technology leaders to define requirements, shape solutions, manage delivery, and drive measurable business outcomes
- Translate complex business needs and processes into clear, development-ready Business Requirements Documents (BRDs)
- Lead cross-functional initiatives from intake through implementation
- Manage scope, risks, dependencies, priorities, and stakeholder expectations
- Facilitate business decisions and identify risks and process improvement opportunities
- Provide executive-ready updates on key decisions, risks, and outcomes
- Build trusted relationships with senior business and technical leaders
- Develop strong knowledge of assigned business areas and provide consultative guidance
- Promote accountability, transparency, and predictable delivery
- Mentor and support onboarding of team members
- Conduct peer reviews of BRDs and key deliverables
- Share best practices and promote continuous improvement across the team
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Project/Program Management, Product Management, Process Improvement, or related disciplines
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional business and technology initiatives
- Strong business analysis, facilitation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Experience developing business requirements, process flows, and related documentation
- Ability to independently manage multiple initiatives and competing priorities
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira or Confluence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Preferred: Experience in PBM, Healthcare, Finance, Revenue Cycle, or Insurance
- Preferred: Experience partnering with Analytics, Data Engineering, BI, or Software Development teams
- Preferred: Experience mentoring analysts or project delivery professionals
- Preferred: Relevant certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CBAP, PMP, PMI-PBA, or CSM
