About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Aetna Business Operations consolidated reporting team
- Consolidate financials
- Create management presentations and/or talking points for month close, forecast, budget and multi-year strategic plan
- Drive standardization across the organization
- Collaborate with Aetna Business Operations finance teams to ensure reporting is accurate and timely
- Identify the key drivers behind financial results
- Coordinate planning and analysis of projects of varying nature and complexity
- Support special projects and perform ad-hoc analyses
- Drive continuous process improvement and leverage technology
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of relevant financial experience
- Experienced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with financial systems
- Proficiency with Anaplan, Hyperion and S4 Hana
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- Healthcare, managed care or financial services experience preferred
- Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred
