About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Lead Director of Service Ops FP&A
Consolidate and report forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans for the Operations Enablement & Provider Services organization within Service Ops
Create management presentations and talking points
Work closely with business leaders and Finance
Ensure accurate reporting and provide senior leadership with the appropriate level of detail
Deliver financial reporting and analysis on regular and ad hoc frequencies
Create financial models and supporting exhibits in PowerPoint
Develop a deep understanding of expense allocations
Consolidate and report results to business partners and management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience
Ability to develop reporting and consolidate results to business partners
Strong attention to detail
Proven team player with ability to work with all levels of colleagues, including managers and peers
Strong analytical skills
Ability to understand complex financial concepts and perform detailed analysis
Willingness to travel up to 5% (including by plane)
Deep understanding of financial systems such as Hyperion, S4, and Oracle
Experience in the healthcare/insurance industry
Ability to interpret financial results within the context of the larger company strategy
Effectively employ written and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Quantitative field; equivalent years of related professional work experience may substitute
