About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead analytics and measurement strategies for digital capabilities, interventions, pilots, and customer experience enhancements
  • Translate business questions into analytical plans, success metrics, data requirements, and decision-ready deliverables
  • Conduct opportunity sizing, segmentation, journey and funnel analysis, and post-launch measurement
  • Collaborate with technology and Data Engineering teams on data pipeline continuity and upstream change management
  • Source and evaluate external data assets and define targeting and measurement use cases
  • Integrate digital engagement, outreach, pharmacy workflow, operational, and outcome data
  • Evaluate data quality and reconcile differences across data sources
  • Establish reusable documentation, code, data definitions, and measurement standards
  • Communicate analytical limitations clearly
  • Identify, quantify, and communicate value at project and portfolio levels
  • Build and maintain revenue tracking and forecasting capabilities
  • Provide inputs to risk/opportunity and P&L reporting
  • Provide analytical quality review and strengthen team practices without direct people-management responsibility
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analysis and reporting through modern analytics, AI-enabled tools, and self-service solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in analytics, data strategy, business intelligence, healthcare technology, product analytics, or related field
  • Demonstrated experience independently leading complex analytical work from a business question through a clear recommendation
  • Advanced SQL proficiency working with large, complex datasets across cloud or enterprise data platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Teradata, Databricks, or Foundry
  • Experience defining KPIs, measurement plans, and analytical frameworks for products, programs, or customer journeys
  • Strong analytical judgment, including assessing data quality, reconciling conflicting sources, and distinguishing correlation from attributable impact
  • Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Experience presenting technical findings to nontechnical and senior audiences
  • Excel and PowerPoint proficiency assumed
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Preferred: advanced degree in analytics, data science, business, public health, or a related field
  • Preferred: experience in healthcare, retail pharmacy, or consumer health
  • Preferred: experience with Tableau, Power BI, or another enterprise visualization platform
  • Preferred: experience with experimentation, pilot measurement, and A/B testing methodology
