About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide 100% remote telehealth therapy to patients ages 13 and older
Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families
Conduct diagnostic assessment and treatment planning
Deliver short-term counseling using evidence-based methodologies
Collaborate on patient care and support continuity of care
Use assessment and treatment planning tools
Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice
Practice at the top of license with support from the clinical care team

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current, active, and unencumbered independent state license as an LCSW, LCMHC, LPCC, or LMFT in Utah, Oregon, and/or California
Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure
Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills
Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited College or University
Therapists must provide telehealth therapy to patients ages 13+
Preferred: exceptional interpersonal and team skills
Preferred: deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
Preferred: understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements
Preferred: strong crisis intervention skills
Preferred: previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
