About the role

Provide mental health support to clients ages 13+ in Arizona and/or California
Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current, active, and unencumbered state license as an LCSW, LPC/LCPC, LCMHC, or LMFT
Willingness to obtain licenses to practice in multiple states based on business needs
Proven diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills
Evidence-based methodologies including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university
Ability to support clients ages 13+
Experience with or willingness to learn and adapt to virtual therapy delivery
Understanding of psychosocial aspects of illness and health
Comfort using electronic health record systems and multiple platforms
Understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements
Crisis intervention skills
Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
