About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide telehealth therapy to patients aged 13+
- Provide psychosocial support and education to individuals, couples, and families aged 13+
- Build and grow the Minute Clinic practice
- Practice at the top of the license with support from the clinical care team
- Use evidence-based assessment and treatment planning tools
- Support continuity of care for patients
- Deliver diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling services
- Reach patients within their communities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Utah, Oregon, and/or California
- Must be willing to obtain additional state licensure
- Current, active, and unencumbered independent state license in California, Oregon, and/or Utah
- Proven excellent diagnostic, care collaboration, treatment planning, and short-term counseling skills
- Experience leveraging evidence-based methodologies, including motivational interviewing, problem solving therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy
- Completed Master’s degree program from an accredited college or university
- Demonstrated exceptional interpersonal and team skills
- Proven deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health
- Demonstrated understanding of insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare billing requirements
- Evidence of strong crisis intervention skills
- Previous experience in a mental health clinic or hospital setting
