About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Outreach to Medicare members regarding medication adherence and assistance resolving refill barriers
  • Assist customers with placing orders in conjunction with healthcare programs
  • Assist customers with retail pharmacy-related issues and other initiatives as needed
  • Provide customer service and empathy to a diverse customer base in a fast-paced customer contact center

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Resident of Alaska, Florida, Idaho, North Carolina, Ohio, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont or Washington
  • Active Pharmacy Technician license in state of residence
  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
  • Proficient to advanced PC skills, including MS Windows-based applications
  • Ability to complete all required training programs
  • Verifiable High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience required
  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Prior Call Center experience preferred
  • Previous experience working from home preferred
  • Microsoft Windows-based applications and MS Office proficiency preferred
