About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage all phases of the PBM proposals process
Format proposals to meet internal marketing specifications
Respond to RFP questions using a database of subject matter expert-reviewed content
Organize, attend, and lead strategy calls with key stakeholders across the organization
Customize and modify responses to create client-specific content
Create timelines and ensure RFP milestones are met
Prepare and review final documents
Submit proposals according to client-driven deadlines
Develop knowledge of PBM offerings and sales strategies
Apply critical thinking to each proposal
Proactively manage assigned projects and take responsibility for decisions and actions

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2 years of professional job experience
1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products in a professional environment
Demonstrated ability to manage and organize projects from start to completion
Proposal/project management experience strongly preferred
Knowledge of Medicare Part D, including EGWP, MADP, and PDP plans, is helpful
Fluent knowledge of Microsoft Office products
Familiarity with Qvidian and Salesforce products is preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Health Care, Business, or another relevant field is preferred
Equivalent experience may be considered
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while ensuring quality and accuracy
Strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
