About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and update provider demographic and contract information in appropriate systems to support claims adjudication and provider directories
Perform data transactions and maintenance for projects, expansions, and new product implementations
Collaborate with internal and external constituents to implement new networks and complex contractual arrangements
Provide technical and/or functional leadership within the unit when needed
Validate system enhancements
Identify, research, and conduct root cause analyses for provider data issues and audit trends
Collaborate cross-functionally to recommend process improvements
Conduct and manage audits of provider information and escalate issues for resolution

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ years of maintaining information within multiple databases
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple assignments
Demonstrated ability to work in a production environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Proficiency in Excel
Demonstrated success prioritizing work and multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated success collaborating with others to meet or exceed expectations
Experience providing clear and concise written and verbal communications
EPDB experience preferred
Associate's degree or equivalent experience
