Key responsibilities & impact

Develop reports in SQL and SAS
Review MCO/Client Requests with internal and external partners and translate them into clear business requirements
Build relationships with Account Teams, Legal, Compliance, Client Audit, Finance Operations, and other stakeholders
Provide reporting leadership representation
Continuously evaluate and evolve processes, best practices, and tools around data, reporting, and automation
Ensure accuracy and quality of deliverables
Apply high standards for quality control to reporting and analytic work
Document production-ready reporting solutions consistently and clearly
Handle, communicate, and escalate issues in a timely manner
Champion continuous improvement, curiosity, collaboration, and innovation

Requirements

What you’ll need

0-2+ years of experience writing scripts in SQL and/or SAS
0-2+ years of experience supporting reporting, analytics, or automation projects
Bachelor's degree is preferred or equivalent work experience is required
Solid SQL skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail
Strong drive for fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement
