About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and deploy production-grade agentic AI and intelligent automation solutions using ServiceNow, Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, and Anthropic Claude
Deliver AI-powered capabilities for IT Operations and Cybersecurity use cases, including incident triage, alert correlation, workflow orchestration, and operational decision support
Lead the full solution lifecycle from prototype through production deployment and continuous optimization
Make architectural decisions and provide technical trade-off recommendations
Implement secure-by-design architectures with AI security controls, data privacy protections, prompt injection safeguards, resiliency patterns, failover mechanisms, and graceful degradation strategies
Collaborate with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Platform Engineering, Product, and Operations teams
Provide technical mentorship to interns and contractor resources
Own application architecture, backend services, AI orchestration, data integration, deployment, and operational support

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years developing software, AI/ML, intelligent automation, or full-stack applications with ownership of complex enterprise solutions
5+ years designing scalable cloud-native systems and applying AI governance, security, privacy, access management, resiliency, and operational reliability best practices
4+ years delivering production-ready automation, agentic AI, or generative AI solutions beyond proof-of-concepts and prototype environments
3+ years building Python-based applications, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native services using modern software engineering practices
2+ years implementing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector search, document ingestion, and large language model integration architectures
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or equivalent work experience
Alternatively, high school diploma plus 4 years of relevant experience
Experience with ServiceNow, Databricks, Google Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, Anthropic Claude, Python, APIs, and cloud-native services
Preferred: experience with Claude or similar LLMs, tool use, function calling, agent orchestration, and multi-step reasoning
Preferred: knowledge of RAG architectures, embedding models, vector databases such as pgvector, retrieval optimization, reranking, and semantic search frameworks
Preferred: familiarity with FastAPI, Docker, pytest, Docling or Unstructured, SQL, and ETL pipelines
Preferred: experience in healthcare, pharmacy, insurance, cybersecurity, AIOps, SecOps, or regulated enterprise environments
Preferred: exposure to MLOps, LLMOps, CI/CD, Cloud SQL, Cloud Functions, IAM, observability platforms, and production AI operations
