About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide consultation on the design, testing and enhancement of information products
Provide technical assistance and product development support to external and internal customers
Research, manipulate and prepare complex data to document program activities and report results
Oversee data quality and provide feedback to improve service delivery and design efforts
Develop consultative relationships with internal and external customers
Lead or act as a business technical expert on master or detail test plans and strategies
Perform ongoing research and support tasks for existing systems
Design new applications or enhancements, including solution integration
Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring
Direct implementation of program-specific information through education, technology, organizational methods and procedures
Influence enhancements to business processes and system infrastructure to improve data quality, availability and access
Manage customer contact and participate in internal and external health industry development efforts
Analyze complex data for trends, interpretations and root-cause analysis
Consult with clients to ensure progress meets expectations and obtain additional information
Translate complex data into constructive information and make recommendations
Define, identify, develop and implement information products supporting strategic business and operational planning
Illustrate complex information clearly and concisely
Develop and conduct presentations and consultations
Provide workgroup support on projects
Educate customers on the value, use and interpretation of information products
Evaluate software and data to deliver better business solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

QNXT is REQUIRED
Excel is REQUIRED
6+ Months working experience reading and understanding claims
Working knowledge of reading and reviewing claim and coding types
6+ Months of intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Excel, including manipulating large lines of data and working with formulas
6+ Months QNXT experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
MS Office, including Word, Access DB and Info Path
Extensive experience with databases and interpretation and manipulation of related data
Healthcare background
MS SQL experience is a plus
Remedy (Ticket Tracking) experience is a plus
3-5+ years of data interpretation and analysis experience
Bachelor's degree preferred
Bachelor's degree, technical certification or equivalent work experience
