About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate on the evolution of the Pharmacy Center of Excellence model
Identify and support process improvement opportunities across the CoE model
Lead automation efforts using Microsoft 365 Power Platform tools
Develop, maintain, and improve reporting, trackers, and operational tools
Manage CoE modifications and expansion, including tracking, coordination, and communication
Support training, change management, field execution, and engagement working teams
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify synergies and advance CoE goals across the enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need

1+ year of experience working in operations, process improvement, product development, or similar roles within the healthcare industry
Experience using Excel for reporting, analysis, and operational tracking
Experience supporting process improvement, workflow optimization, or automation efforts
Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams to ensure alignment
Adaptability and flexibility to support rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities in response to changing business needs
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Power Platform tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, or related solutions preferred
Pharmacy operations knowledge or prior experience in a pharmacy setting preferred
Pharmacy technician background, certification, or similar frontline pharmacy experience preferred
Experience developing presentations in PowerPoint preferred
