Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide business analysis and develop analytic solutions supporting the Prior Authorization program
  • Develop a solid understanding of Prior Authorization programs and products
  • Use data querying tools, including SQL and Python, to advance business objectives
  • Use data visualization tools such as Tableau to create clear, actionable insights
  • Leverage advanced querying expertise to translate complex data into insights supporting data-driven decision-making
  • Present analysis to management and support business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 year experience with data extraction, reporting, and analyzing metrics
  • 1 year experience with SQL and Python
  • 1 year experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI to create dashboards for non-data users
  • 1 year experience with GCP, Dataiku, Vertex AI Workbench, Big Query or other related cloud resources
  • Ability to effectively communicate and present to management team
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines and manage competing demands
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Preferred: Experience with healthcare or PBM data
  • Preferred: Prior Authorization experience
