About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain finance reporting, analytics, and data assets supporting standardized cross-market processes
Apply automation to streamline recurring workflows and reduce manual effort
Translate process standards into repeatable templates, documentation, and reporting
Support rollout and adoption of standardized processes across market finance teams
Support data quality, controls, and governance within standardized reporting
Provide analysis and ad hoc support to the Standards Enablement function and COE leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial reporting, or data analytics
Advanced Excel skills and strong experience with data manipulation and reporting
Experience applying automation or efficiency tools to financial processes, such as Power Query, Power Automate, macros, or similar
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required; equivalent work experience may substitute
Medicaid managed care or healthcare finance experience preferred
Experience building scalable, repeatable reporting or process templates preferred
Familiarity with BI/analytics tooling, such as Power BI, preferred
Familiarity with financial controls and governance preferred
